2 large, ripe avocados.
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt.
1/2 of a small Lime
2 Tbsp to 1/4 cup of thinly sliced green onion.
1-2 Tbsp of Pace Picante sauce.
1-2 chipotle chilies, stems and seeds removed, or 1/2 teaspoon of minced chipotle chilies.
1/2 Tbsp of Chrystal hot sauce.
A dash of freshly grated black pepper.
If you can find them I like to ad a fist full of cilantro (leaves and tender stems), finely chopped, but not required.
